Short Rib LA style


LA style cut beef short ribs are cut across the bone thinly. This is also known as a “flanken” cut . LA style should be 1/8 to ¼ inch thick. This is a popular way to cut the short ribs if it is going for a Korean barbecue Galbi-style result.
